Are you hosting a party with a Spanish theme? If so, your guests will be looking forward to eating authentic food from Spain. If you've ever had an event catered before, you probably haven't thought twice about arranging for caterers to make paella for the main meal. If that's the case, you'll actually be focusing on the food that Valencia, Spain calls its own.
The caterers will start by serving tapas, which means that you and your guests will sample things like delicatessen meats, gourmet cheeses, black and green olives and fried potatoes served with a dipping sauce.

Instead, it's crema, but different because it is encased in a wonderful crisp coating. Add pave and turron candies to complete the dessert selections.
After everyone has finished a delicious Spanish meal, settle down for the evening's entertainment. If you have space in your house to have a display of flamenco dancing, which will be something that your guests will never forget. Another idea is to hire a guitarist that specializes in playing Spanish songs.
